Layers and layers of hand-cut monotype prints are placed to give an interactive and poetic experience. This piece is 3-D, meaning hand-cut paper elements pop off the page. The paper appears to be “floating”. It adds interaction with the piece, allowing the viewer to explore the image further each time it is seen. This one-of-a-kind piece is professionally framed in a white shadow box with wire backing.
